A petition has again been filed in the Supreme Court challenging the eligibility of President Zardari under Article 248 of the constitution on Wednesday.The petitioner argued in the application that he was a direct affectee of Article 248, as he was abducted in Musharrafs regime, and termed the apex court a right forum in this regard, saying that the Court was suppose to translate the constitution.Earlier, the court has rejected the plea by the same complainant objecting that as was no human rights violation and Supreme Court was not a right forum in this connection.
