Imran reiterates demand for closed door meeting over terrorism

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehrik-i-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Thursday urged the government to hold a closed-door meeting with Army chief Ashfaq Pervez Kayani to formulate a counter-terrorism policy.
Addressing the media at Islamabad airport, Imran reiterated his demand to call a closed-door meeting over law and order situation of the country. He condemned the latest attack on ISI offices in Sukkur.
Meanwhile, he asserted that a final decision over supporting a joint presidential candidate with PML-N has not been taken, adding that it would be finalized in party meeting.
Imran Khan returned home today after cutting short his UK visit.
The decision to cut short London visit was taken following SC orders to hold presidential election on July 30. Imran was in London for a medical checkup.
