N. Waziristan: Suicide attack on check post kills 4 officials
The bodies and injured were shifted to nearby hospital.
NORTH WAZIRISTAN (Dunya News) – At least four security officials were killed in a suicide attack at the Boya check post near Watta Khel village in North Waziristan on Thursday.
According to sources, a suicide bomber struck his explosive-laden vehicle into a security check-post in Watta Khel, killing four while injuring three other officials.
Fire erupted immediately after the attack resulting in casualties. In retaliation, the security forces started aerial firing after the attack.
The bodies and injured were shifted to nearby hospital while a search operation has been started in the area.
Boya check post is an important security check post in the area, guarded by Army and Frontier Corps (FC) personnel.
