LAHORE (Dunya News) - Gunmen opened fire on the vehicle of the former advocate general of Punjab, Ashtar Ausaf on Saturday.
The incident, which targeted Ausaf’s squad, occurred in Lahore’s Garden Town area.
Ausaf was reported to be safe, while his vehicle was damaged in the firing.
According to the police, the gunmen fled the scene immediately afterwards. The police further said that assailants had previously robbed large sums of money in two separate incidents.
