11 perish in fresh killing spree in Karachi
At least eleven people were killed in acts of violence in different parts of Karachi.
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Target killing continues in Karachi and eleven more people were gunned down in firing incidents in different parts of the city.
Some unidentified persons opened fire near Lee market and shot dead a man while some miscreants, riding on motorcycles, gunned down three persons in Kharadar area. The deceased were identified as Fazal Mola, Faisal and Fatima.
In Machar Colony, two people were killed in firing incident while another man was shot dead near Sarjani Baba More.
Police have also recovered three dead bodies from Adam Khan Road, Veta Chorangi and Maripur while a man was shot dead in Baldia Town area.
Meanwhile, Rangers and police launched a joint operation in Lyari on Friday night during which exchange of fire between raiding party and miscreants took place in which a key figure involved in gang war, Saqib Boxer, was killed. Rangers have arrested several suspects during raid and shifted them to some undisclosed location for further investigation.
