Benazir murder case: Charge sheet presented against Musharraf
Federal Investigation Agency submitted its chalan regarding Benazir Bhutto murder case in the court.
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News):-Former military general has declared suspect after the FIA submitted its chalan regarding Benazir Bhutto murder case in Anti Terrorism Court (ATC).
According to the chalan, former president Pervez Musharraf has been declared suspect.He has been declared suspect in the light of the statement of American journalist Mark Siegel.
It has been said in the chalan that former president Pervez Musharraf is involved in former prime minister Benazir Bhutto murder case.
It also has been stated in the charge sheet the accused could not present any evidence in the court regarding his innocence; that is why he has been declared an suspect.
Hearing of the case has been adjourned till the 2nd of next month.
