Nisar to chair meeting over new security policy today
The new security policy will be announced on June 20 and 21.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - A high-level meeting, to formulate new security policy, will be held today (Thursday).
Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar Ali Khan, in his address to National Assembly on June 17, had said that he had convened a meeting of civil armed forces on June 20.
Sources said the meeting would deliberate on formulating new security policy, coordination with provincial governments and government’s policies and priorities on law and order.
The new security policy will be announced on June 20 and 21.
