Kabul River floods Nowshera
River Kabul is currently discharging 126,000 cusecs of water near Nowshera.
NOWSHERA (Dunya News) - Flood Cell Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has said that River Kabul was in medium flood at Nowshera, discharging 126,000 cusecs of water.
According to the report, Kabul River was in medium flood at Warsak too with the water flow there being measured at 74,600 cusec.
According to sources, flood water has entered Sheikhabad, Hassan Khail, Masal Road, Muhalla Shah Hussaini, Shaheedabad, Shala Khel and Khaishgi areas near Nowshera. Thousands of acres of agriculture land submerged under flood water while the residents have started to move to safer places.
