No CNG for above 1000cc vehicles
Khoso has approved a summery regarding imposition of a ban on using CNG above 1000cc vehicles.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The federal government has imposed a ban on filling of Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) in above 1000CC vehicles.
Caretaker Prime Minister Mir Hazar Khan Khoso has approved a summery regarding imposition of a ban on using CNG above 1000cc vehicles.
“If any gas station owner fills CNG to vehicles over 1000 CC, he will have to pay a fine of Rs 50,000,” it said. The government has directed the authorities concerned to ensure the implementation of ban.
On the other hand, CNG Association has rejected the ban, saying that the caretaker government had no mandate to pass such laws.
