Justice Khawaja refuses to hear Shahbaz, Imran pleas
Justice Khawaja had already refused to hear PML-N President Nawaz�s disqualification plea.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – An election tribunal head Justice Khawaja Imtiaz refused to hear petitions filed over Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shahbaz Sharif and PTI chief Imran Khan’s nomination papers’ acceptance.
Justice Khawaja Imtiaz refused to hear the case due to personal reasons.
Earlier, Justice Khawaja refused Nawaz Sharif’s plea, saying he could not hear the plea as he had earlier given decision in favour of Sharif family in defaulter case.
The tribunal accepted a plea of former president Pervez Musharraf over rejection of his nomination papers.
