Ex-MNA Amir Yar declared proclaimed offender
A court has declared former MNA Amir Yar as proclaimed offender as he did not appear in the court.
BAHAWALPUR (Online): A court has declared former MNA Amir Yar as proclaimed offender after he did not come in the hearing of the fake degree case here on Wednesday.
According to media reports, District and Sessions Judge declared him as proclaimed offender he did not follow the court order.
Earlier, the court had ordered police to arrest the former MNA. Police went to arrest him but he managed to escape from his area.
The hearing was adjourned till tomorrow morning.
