UK supports election process in Pakistan: Thomson
British High Commissioner to Pakistan says his country fully supports election process in Pakistan.
ISLAMABAD (Online) Talking to media British High Commissioner to Pakistan Adam Thomson said timely and fair elections were vital for sustainability of democratic system.
Thomson said Britain would provide all possible assistance to Pakistan for holding transparent elections.
He said his country was keeping close eyes on the elections process in Pakistan which would also play an important role in further strengthening bilateral ties.
The British High Commissioner said his country did not support any particular party in the elections.
