RPPs implementation case: SC to resume hearing today
SC will resume hearing of the case pertaining to implementation on apex court order in RPP case.
The Supreme Court will resume the hearing of the Rental Power Projects (RPPs) case today. A three-member bench of the apex court headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry on Wednesday had adjourned the hearing of the case till today.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) prosecutor general will present his arguments in the apex court during today’s hearing.
