Fake degree: MPA Khalid Sargana disqualified
LHC has declared that PML-Q MPA from Jhang obtained fake PU degree.
LAHORE: The Lahore High Court has declared PML-Q’s MPA, Khalid Mahmood Sargana disqualified over his fake degree.
The disqualified candidate was elected from Jhang’s PP-78 constituency, and petitioners Anwar Khan and Zafar had filed a petition in this regard at the Lahore High Court.
The petition had upheld that Khalid Mahmood Sargana had managed to obtain a fake degree from Punjab University for winning his constituency, and hence should be declared as disqualified.
The LHC judge, Khalid Mahmood Khan had presented the Punjab University record in court, during which the degree was declared as fake.
