DPC delegation meets Nawaz Sharif
The delegation was led by Maulana Sami-ul-Haq.
LAHORE: A delegation of Difa-i-Pakistan Council (DPC) led by Maulana Sami-ul-Haq met Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) President Nawaz Sharif on Monday, Dunya News reported.
During meeting, the leaders discussed current political situation in the country and exchanged views over formation of ‘alliance’ in the upcoming elections.
The DPC members also expressed grief and sorrow over the death of Nawaz Sharif’s younger brother Mian Abbas Sharif.
Separately, Nawaz Sharif has summoned a party meeting to discuss creation of the southern Punjab province.
