NAB objects to SC bench hearing Kamran Faisal case

A two-member bench of the Supreme Court resumed hearing of Kamran Faisal death case on Monday.
ISLAMABAD: NAB prosecutor general has expressed dissatisfaction over the bench hearing the case pertaining to the mysterious death of NAB officer Kamran Faisal.

During the course of proceedings, the NAB prosecutor general K.K. Agha said he was not satisfied with the formation of the bench.
The court directed the NAB prosecutor general to pen down his reservations over the bench, adding that the court will not compel if the reasons sound rational.
On which K.K. Agha sought some time for the submission of a written reply.
The court adjourned the hearing till February 1 and ordered K.K. Agha to submit his objections.
