CNG stations closed for 48 hours in Sindh
The motorists are facing severe problems due to the closure of CNG stations.
KARACHI: The CNG stations remained closed for the fifth consecutive day in Lahore while pumps were shut for 48 hours at 8AM on Friday in Sindh including Karachi.
The Sui Southern Gas Company announced the schedule for the closure of CNG stations for the current week, according to which pumps in Sindh will remain closed for 48 hours from 8:00 am on Friday December 28 till 08:00 am on Sunday December 30, 2012.
This step was being taken by the gas utility to improve the line pack position all over Sindh, which was badly disturbed due to the short supply of gas from different gas fields causing depletion of line pack and low pressure in the system, the spokesperson of SSGC said.
