Electricity shortfall reaches 5000 MW
The nuisance of unannounced loadshedding has increased to 5,000 MW on Wednesday.
LAHORE:-The nuisance of unannounced load shedding has returned as the electricity shortfall increased to 5,000 MW on Wednesday.
The shortfall has led to an increase in the hours of unannounced loadshedding in several cities of Punjab. In Lahore and other cities, poor citizens are bound to face unannounced loadshedding after every other hour.
Residents of Lahore, Gujranwala, Faisalabad, Sheikhupura, Sahiwal, Okara and Kasur are experiencing load shedding for ten hours daily basis.
