Two cops among 6 killed in Karachi violence
At least six more people were killed in acts of violence in different parts of Karachi.
According to details, some unidentified persons opened fire in Manghopir area and shot dead Police Constable Kaleem while a youth was gunned down in Gulbai area.
In Liaquatabad No 10, unidentified gunmen shot dead Muhammad Shiraz while he was going on his car while a youth was killed in firing incident in Ranchore Line.
Some unidentified gunmen, riding on motorcycle, opened fire and killed Police Constable Shameem Ahmad near Malir City Police Station when he was going to his duty.
In yet another incident of target killing, a youth Arsalan was killed outside a shop in Gulshan Iqbal Block No 6.
Meanwhile, police officials were buried at a local graveyard after their funeral prayer was offered at the Garden Headquarters.
