Suddle Commission scaring witnesses: Malik Riaz
Says putting names of witnesses on ECL was a tactic to terrify people.
ISLAMABAD: Talking to Dunya News on Tuesday Malik Riaz said that putting names of witnesses on Exit Control List was illegal and the objective behind this was to terrify the witnesses.
Malik Riaz said that the commission had no right to ask FBR to submit details of his tax record.
Earlier, Counsel of Bahria Town Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan took the plea in intra court appeal that Shoaib Suddal Commission was not authorised to summon tax record of Bahria Town from FBR. He pleaded that the High Court single bench verdict in this respect be declared null and void.
