Shoot-at-sight orders for terrorists in Karachi, Quetta

Interior Minister says government has made arrangements for peace in Quetta and Karachi.


Talking to the media regarding precautionary arrangements regarding law and order situation during Moharram ul Haram, Rehman Malik has announced that people involved in firing and terrorism would be shot dead on the spot.


Pillion and arms exhibition of every kind also have been banned in Karachi and Quetta, said the Minister for Interior.


The minister made it clear that miscreants are likely to create troubles and turmoil in the city; that is why the government has taken these decisions as precautionary measures.


He said that pillion in both Quetta and Karachi has been banned from 6 AM to 7 AM. If anybody comes to road with his vehicle without identity car and other compulsory documents, he would be arrested without any hesitation and concession.


He said that arms and ammunition has also been banned in both cities. If anybody tries or intends to violate law and order situation, he would be gunned in the first attempt.

 

Commenting on current situation in the city, Rehman Malik said that external forces are involved in destabilizing the peaceful atmosphere of the city. The nation would be informed about current situation during session of the Senate tomorrow.
