IHC reserves decision in Rimsha Masih case
The Islamabad High Court reserved the decision on plea to dismiss case against Rimsha Masih.
The Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Iqbal Hamid Khan heard the plea for dismissal of the case against Rimsha Masih. Attorney for Rimsha argued the allegations against the accused were baseless and prayed for the dismissal of the FIR against her.
The prosecutor maintained that the medical report of the accused was false and the interior ministry had tried weakening the case.
After the completion of the arguments the court reserved its judgment.
