Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has called November 3 as the blackest day in the history of Pakistan, saying that a dictator took an unconstitutional step to save his regime.In a statement, Sharif said that the nation united against the illegal step of the then president Pervez Musharraf on November 3.He said Pakistan would have been among developed nations if PML-N’s government hadn’t been removed by Musharraf.
