SC bench to take up Karachi unrest case today

A larger bench of the Supreme Court will start hearing of Karachi unrest case today.

The Supreme Court’s larger bench will take up the case of law and order situation in Karachi today in Supreme Court’s Karachi registry.Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry had created a six-member bench to hear the case but due to illness of Justice Athar Saeed, the number of judges will be decreased to five.The larger bench will be headed by Justice Anwar Zahir Jamali.
