IHC extends restraining orders in Rimsha case

IHC on Wednesday extended the restraining orders of Rimsha Masih case.

Justice Azeem Afridi of Islamabad High Court resumed the hearing of Rimsha Masih case on Wednesday.The IHC extended stay order regarding restraining the hearing of the case in a trial court.The court also adjourned the hearing of a petition filed on behalf of Rimsha to quash the FIR of the case till November 14.Rimsha Masih, a minor Christian girl had been accused of committing blasphemy.It is worth mentioning here that the accused of the case Maulvi Khalid Jadoon had been released on bail after three witnesses changed their evidences against him.
