Memo case: SC constitutes nine-member bench

The Supreme Court on Wednesday formed a nine-member larger bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Mohammad Chaudhry to hear the memo case, Dunya News reported.The court also issued notices to all those party in the case, including PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif and Attorney General Irfan Qadir.
