Bugti case: Bail of Sherpao, Jam Yousaf extended

The court extended the interim bail of Aftab Sherpao and Jam Yousaf.

A two-member bench of Balochistan High Court heard the Akbar Bugti murder case on Wednesday.The counsel of Akbar Bughti’s son said that the operation was conducted after the consent of the then chief minister and federal interior minister.Meanwhile, former chief minister Balochistan Jam Yousaf and former provincial home minister Aftab Sherpaomaintained that they had no information regarding the operation, adding that General Pervez Musharraf was personally deciding in that matter.Extending the interim bail of Aftab Sherpao and Jam Yousaf, the case was adjourned till October 22.
