SC showed flexibility, says Aitzaz

The Supreme Court on Wednesday approved draft of a letter to the Swiss authorities.

Giving his remarks after approval of Swiss letter draft by the Supreme Court, Barrister Aitzaz Ahsan said the apex court has showed flexibility in the case.Talking to Dunya News, Aitzaz Ahsan said that court has fully accepted Presidential immunity.Also, former chief justice Saeed-uz-Zaman remarked that court must delay the proceedings until letter is being forwarded to the Swiss authorities. Justice (R) Tariq Mehmood stated that govt-judiciary showdown has settled, now government should focus on public affairs.
