Renowned novelist and story writer Razia Butt passed away in Lahore after long illness.

Famous novelist and story writer Razia Butt breathed her last on Thursday night in Lahore. She was 89. Her funeral prayers will be offered today (Friday) in Defence area of Lahore.Razia Butt had written 51 novels and 350 stories. Many drama serials were made on the novels of Razia Butt. Her famous novels included ‘Saiqa’, ‘Ma’amlay Dil ke’ and ‘Bano’. A movie was also made on her novel ‘Naila’.
