A three member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Nasirul Mulk has accepted the interim bail of MNA Ali Musa Gilani in the ephedrine quota case.He was produced before the bench by the Anti Narcotics Force (ANF)after his arrest on Friday morning.Ali Musa Gilani, the son of former prime minister Yousuf Raza Gilani, moved the Supreme Court on Thursday to seek interim relief against a Lahore High Court order.The case hearing has been adjourned till September 25.Ali Gilani is accused of using his political influence in 2010 to get the ephedrine for two pharmaceutical companies. They are suspected of diverting it to people in the drug trade.
