Shoaib Suddle has returned to Pakistan to probe into Arsalan Iftikhar case.
Recently appointed investigating officer by the Supreme Court in the Arsalan Iftikhar corruption case Shoaib Suddle has returned from abroad.The Supreme Court on Thursday ruled that the controversy relating to allegations of Rs342 million business deal between Arsalan and real estate tycoon Malik Riaz will be probed by a commission under ex-police officer Shoaib Suddle.In its verdict, the apex court ordered to take the case back from National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and formed a new one-man investigating commission headed by Shoaib Suddle.The court granted judicial power to the commission and instructed to present report in 30 days.
