PPP Sindh discusses LG Act 2012, elections

A meeting of PPP Sindh Core Committee discussed Local Government Act 2012 and General Elections.

The meeting, headed by Sindh CM Syed Qaim Ali Shah, was held at Chief Minister’ House in Karachi.Pakistan Peoples Party Sindh Core Committee members Ayaz Somro, Agha Siraj Durrani, Pir Mazharul Haq, Murad Ali Shah, Rafique Engineer and Abdul Qadir Patel participated in the meeting.Secretary Law and Secretary Local Government were also present during the meeting to coordinate on the draft of the Local Bodies System.Sind CM Qaim Ali Shah said that President Asif Ali Zardari has directed to prepare the draft of the Local Bodies system within two months.
