Quetta observes shutter-down strike

Shutter down strike is being observed in different parts of Quetta against target killings.

In the recent spate of target killings, another person has been shot dead in Quetta.Shutter-down strike is being observed in different areas of Quetta including Jinnah road, Gulistan town, Hazara town, Aliabad in protest against yesterday’s Hazarganji incident.Meanwhile, police and FC personnel continue patrolling the streets to avoid any untoward incident.The residents demanded the government to take effective steps to end target killings in the province.As many as seven people were gunned down on Saturday in two separate target killing incidents in Hazar Ganji area of Quetta.
