No Musharrafs trial, Zardari had informed Sharif, claims Badar

Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Secretary General Jehangir Badar claims President Asif Ali Zardrai had informed Nawaz Sharif that Pervez Musharraf would not be trialed. Speaking in the Dunya News program In Session senator Badar questioned why the PML-N leadership didnt speak about Musharrafs trial when they knew he was going abroad. He maintained Ghaus Ali Shah had also conceded that President Zardari informed Nawaz Sharif about Musharraf. Asif Zardari even offered Nawaz Sharif to become the countrys president, Badar added. He opined that safe exist couldnt be availed always, adding that Musharraf could be tried without resolution as well. PPP will lay no hurdles in the way of holding former president accountable if he returns in December, Badar said. On the President Zardaris statement, Nawaz Sharif had said that Musharraf would be trialed at every cost, PML-N leader Zafar Ali Shah told.
