Army chief General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani chaired Corps Commanders at the GHQ.

Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani chaired a meeting of Corps Commanders here at GHQ on Friday.Professional as well as security matters of the country were discussed in the meeting. The situation in North Waziristan and Pak-Afghan border also came under discussion in the meeting.The Chief of Army Staff also took Corps Commanders into confidence regarding his meeting with the ISAF Commander.Chief of Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) Zaheerul Islam briefed the participants about his recent US visit.
