President Asif Ali Zardari has welcomed OIC summit under chairmanship of Saudi King King Abdullah.

In an interview with with a Saudi newspaper ‘Okaz’, President Asif Ali Zardari has said that Pakistani government is working to strengthen the Pakistan-Saudi relations in all areas.He said these relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are gaining a strategic nature because of its depth of historical and Islamic considering that the two countries have deep Islamic bonds.President Asif Ali Zardari welcomed Saudi king Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz plans to hold an emergency OIC summit on the 27th of Ramazan to discuss issues of concern to the Muslim Ummah.Saudi king Abdullah has invited many Muslim leaders to attend the summit Aug 14-15, on the 27th day of the holy month of Ramazan.
