Flour price goes up by Rs 1.5 per kg at utility stores

Flour price has been increased by Rs 1.5 per kilogram at utility stores.

Flour Mills Association held a meeting with Deputy PM Pervaiz Elahi and assured him not to stop supply of flours to utility stores. The association informed the Deputy PM that wheat price had surged by Rs 80 per kg in local market, therefore, increase in flour price was also vital.The meeting decided to raise flour prices by Rs 1.5 per kg. With the fresh increase, 10-kg flour bag price at utility stores has reached Rs 230 from Rs 215.
