Justice Jawad S Khwaja has said the court will not allow anybody to defame CJPs family.

Justice Khwaja made these remarks during the hearing of Doctor Arsalan case Tuesday, when the counsel of Dr Arsalan said that the family of the Chief Justice of Pakistan was being defamed.To this Justice Khwaja said judges were defamed every day, adding, “We were never so much defamed as on June 5 and 6.”Advocate of Malik Riaz, Zahid Bokhari pleaded that the hearing of Bahria Town cases should be postponed till the end of the month of Ramzan.Admonished the Attorney General for not producing the copy of the letter written to NAB, the apex court ordered him to produce the copy of the letter on the next hearing.Malik Riaz said Dr Arsalan had filed the review petition in the court because he (Arsalan) wanted to reopen his case in the Supreme Court.
