Quetta: Doctors protest abduction of colleague

Doctors observed strike in all public hospitals of Balochistan over the abduction of senior doctor.

A senior doctor of Bolan Medical Complex, Deen Muhammad, was abducted while he was coming from Mastung to Quetta on Sunday.Baloch Doctors Forum (BDF) and Pakistan Medical Association (PMA) announced to boycott duties in order to mark protest against the abduction of their colleagues.The protesting doctors vowed to continue their strike till the recovery of their colleague.Meanwhile, masses faced problems as outdoor patient departments (OPDs) of all public hospitals including BMCH and civil hospital were closed.Moreover, doctors shut operation theatres of Bolan Medical Complex.
