No rockets fired into Afghan territory: Pak army

Pak army officials have rejected Afghan allegations about firing of rockets by Pak forces.

Pakistan military officials Sunday termed the Afghan claims as false and part propaganda.Afghan authorities Sunday morning had alleged that some 400 rockets were fired into Afghan territory by Pakistan security forces.The officials said Aghan allegations were only an attempt to divert attention from the recurrent cross border attacks from the Afghan side.They said in one year there were 15 attacks on Pakistan security forces and civilians from by the miscreants entering from Afghanistan.There were attacks on both security forces and civilians in Dir and Chitral in the recent past.Almost 100 Pakistani soldiers and civilians have died as a result of the attacks in one year, the official said; adding Pakistan security forces only take action in retaliation against aggression.
