Karachi violence claims 7 more lives

At least seven people were killed in acts of violence in different parts of Karachi.

According to details, 35-year-old Sultan was shot dead near Star Ground in Landhi area. Police have termed the killing as a result of old enmity.In another incident of violence, an activist of a political party was shot dead by some unidentified person in Numaish Chorangi.In Bihar Colony, miscreants shot dead a man named Malik Tariq while some unidentified persons killed a man in Machar Colony whose identity is not yet known.Firing incident in Karaila More area of New Karachi has claimed life of a woman while another received bullet wounds.Police have also recovered a dead body from Gulshan Tauheed area while a dacoit was killed by alleged firing by police in Federal B Area. Meanwhile a youth who was injured in a firing incident in UP More area succumbed to his wounds in hospital.
