Balochistan observes Bugtis anniversary as black day

Nationalist parties are observing the death anniversary of former Balochistan Chief Minister Nawab Akbar Bugti as black day in Balochistan today. Seven people have been killed so far in clashes in Balochistan. Wheel-jam and shutter down strike is being observed in the province while provincial government has enforced section 144 and banned pillion riding in the province. The call for strike was given by Balcoh Republican Party, Baloch National Front, Jamhuri Watan party, Balochistan National Party, Baloch Bar Association and others. All the main markets are closed and traffic is invisible in Quetta, Machha, Bolan, Dadar, Sibi, Dera Allah Yar, Dera Murad Jamali, Jaffarabad, Mastung, Noshki, Tarbat, Dilbadin, Gawadar, Lasbela, Hub and surrounding areas. Security forces have taken strict security measures in the province while heavy FC and Police contingents are deployed at sensitive places. On the other hand an application has been submitted in the Sibi Sessions Court to register case against former president Pervez Musharraf, former prime minister Shaukat Aziz and other important persons. The application is filed by Nawabzada Jameel Akbar Bugti which demands to register a murder case against Musharraf, Shaukat Aziz, former interior minister Aftab Sherpao, former Balochistan CM Jam Muhammad Yousaf, former Balochistan Governor Owais Ahmad Ghani, former provincial interior minister Shoaib Ahmed Nosherwani and many others. District Session Judged after hearing the petition issued notices to provincial Police Officer Balochistan and SHO Dera Bugti. The hearing was adjourned till September 02.
