First fast of Ramadan observed with traditional fervor
Special arrangements were made for Sehri on the first fast of Ramadan across the country. Citizens observed the first fast with traditional fervor and religious zest. The hustle bustle in mosques has increased with the advent of Ramadan. Muslims offered Travih and praised Almighty Allah. Tight security measures were taken outside mosques and Imam Bargahs on the occasion. Large numbers of citizens observed Sehri at homes while rush of people was witnessed on hotels as well. Bazaars also witnessed crowd on the occasion. The complaints of load shedding are also received from various parts of the country during Sehri timings.
