Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif said timely measures for solar energy might secure country from darkness.
He expressed these ideas while chairing a meetings pertaining to Housing Scheme and energy crisis in his camp at Minar-e-Pakistan, Lahore.He said that a special project with the cost of Rs 32billion for Drip Irrigation is going to be launched in Punjab, adding that Punjab government is planning to generate electricity by biomass.Shedding light on Ashyana Housing Scheme, Punjab CM said that all kind of possible resources are being provided for the uplift of the poor.A large number of people were present at the Complaint Cell constituted on the direction of the Punjab Chief Minister.
