Hearing into Kohistan killings is underway at Supreme Court.

A three-member bench headed by chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heard the suo motu case pertaining to the death decree issued to five women in Kohistan.Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Secretary told the court that three helicopters have taken officials for the production of girls but no contact with them could be made so far.After hearing to KPs chief secretary, the court granted more time for the production of girls.Conversing with DIG Hazara, chief justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that he should have gone with the team and questioned why the members of the jirga have not been arrested as yet.Earlier, the court took suo motu notice on the issue on Monday after reports came up that clerics had allegedly issued orders for the killing of five women and two men after a mobile phone video emerged of the seven singing and dancing at a wedding in a remote village in Kohistan.
