Portfolios of Defence Minister Ahmed Mukhtar and Minister for Water and Power Naveed Qamar have been interchanged.Ahmed Mukhtar has been made Minister for Water and Power while Naveed Qamar as Defence Minister.According to sources, portfolios have been changed after PML-N allegation about discrimination with Punjab in power misdistribution as Naveed Qamar belongs to Sindh.Ahmed Mukhtar belongs to Punjab and had accepted the challenge to overcome power outages to 50 percent in six months.
