Chairman Senate Farooq H Naik says Pakistan Peoples Party has not used NAB against its opponents. He said that courts were over-burdened due to which complainants had to face problems. Naik was addressing a seminar on Good Governance in Islamabad. He maintained that 1973 constitution contained capacity to provide administrative justice. He opined that through accountability, the justice could be strengthened. Naik believed that unfortunately NAB could never attain its objectives and every dictator used it for his personal gains. He said that specific changes were made in NAB Laws for Benazir Bhutto and Asif Ali Zardari. Chairman Senate urged Parliamentary Committees to hold the ministries accountable so that corrupt people could be exposed.
