Govt mulls introducing health insurance for govt employees

The government is considering to launch health insurance scheme for government employees.

Sources from the Finance Ministry told Dunya News that a proposal regarding introducing health insurance scheme instead of health allowance for government employees is being considered.Under the new scheme, health insurance cards would be issued to the employees and their families for medical treatment.
