Bhoja Aircrash: court objects plea for FIR omission

IHC leveled objection on the plea regarding cancellation of FIR of Bhoja Airline.

Islamabad High Court Justice Riaz Ahmad Khan conducted hearing regarding cancellation of Bhoja Airline mishap.Justice Riaz Ahmad Khan while imposing objection on the petition remarked that neither the petitioner withdrew the petition nor the accused got their bail; how is it possible to file an application for emission of an FIR.While giving his arguments, the counsel for the petitioner was of the view that the FIR had been lodged against not a single person but the while of the company had been made a party in the petition.At this, Justice Riaz Ahmad Khan remarked that how can the company file an application for omission of an FIR.The court adjourned hearing of the said case till May 14.
