SC resumes hearing missing persons' case in Quetta

Supreme Court has resumed hearing into law and order situation in Balochistan.

A three-judge bench headed by CJ Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry is hearing the case pertaining to the missing persons and law and order situation in Balochistan at Quetta’s Supreme Court registry.Earlier, the bench ordered to present nine missing persons before the court. Hearing into the applications filed by the families of another 62 missing person will also be made today while Balochistan home secretary Naseebullah Bazai will present a detailed report over cases of abduction for ransom and missing persons.
